By accessing phcugarment.com or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service. If the customer does not agree, the customer must not use phcugarment.com or purchase products from Pui Shan Limited.
The customer must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent. The customer must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. Pui Shan Limited reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any lawful reason.
The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. The customer is responsible for all activities that occur under the account. The customer must notify Pui Shan Limited immediately of any unauthorized use of the account. Pui Shan Limited is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access.
All products displayed on phcugarment.com are womenswear items. Product descriptions, colors, and sizes are provided as accurately as possible. Pui Shan Limited does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Pui Shan Limited reserves the right to cancel any order for any lawful reason. If an order is cancelled after payment, Pui Shan Limited will issue a refund according to the refund policy.
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on phcugarment.com. Prices are subject to change without notice. The customer agrees to pay all charges incurred by the customer or any user of the customer’s account. Payment must be made through the payment methods available on phcugarment.com. Pui Shan Limited does not store full payment card details.
Pui Shan Limited ships womenswear products to destinations specified on phcugarment.com. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Pui Shan Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Pui Shan Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. The customer may request a refund for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer must contact [email protected] to initiate the return. The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Pui Shan Limited must receive the returned product before processing the refund. Refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days from the date Pui Shan Limited receives the returned product. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Pui Shan Limited.
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact [email protected] and provide photographs of the damaged or defective item. Pui Shan Limited will review the claim and may require the customer to return the item. If the claim is approved, Pui Shan Limited will provide a replacement or a refund. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be denied. This damaged goods policy is separate from the 14 days no-reason refund policy.
The customer must not use phcugarment.com for any unlawful purpose. The customer must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to phcugarment.com or its systems. The customer must not interfere with the operation of phcugarment.com. The customer must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from phcugarment.com without written permission from Pui Shan Limited.
All content on phcugarment.com comprises text, images, logos, and designs that are the property of Pui Shan Limited or its licensors. The customer may not use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Pui Shan Limited.
Pui Shan Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of phcugarment.com or the purchase of products. Pui Shan Limited’s total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that order. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pui Shan Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the customer’s violation of these Terms of Service or use of phcugarment.com.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or the use of phcugarment.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Pui Shan Limited may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The revised Terms of Service will be posted on phcugarment.com. The customer’s continued use of phcugarment.com after the posting of revised Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
